Comfortable Apartment in Kandern with Open Fireplace

The apartment with modern furnishing and fittings is on the ground floor of the two-family house, on a quiet side street. It is accessed through its own entrance.

The comfortable apartment of 105m² can accommodate up to six people. It was comprehensively renovated in spring 2015 and completely newly furnished. It has two big bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and one with two single beds (90 x 200cm). Two further people can sleep on a comfortable sofa in the living room, which can be converted into a double bed (140 x 200cm). This light and inviting room also has an open fireplace and a TV for cosy hours. The kitchen is new and equipped with everything you need for cooking. The separate dining room is generous, with space for six people on the benches and chairs around the table. The bathroom is also modern, with a corner bath with a shower, a washbasin and WC. All the rooms have heating. Wireless Internet access is available.

Outside there is a private seating area with garden furniture and a private car parking space. The owner lives on the first floor and attic of the same house. There is a well-stocked supermarket about 500 metres away.

    “Die Mietwohnung wurde bereits 2 Mal prämiert und das zurecht. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut und der Vermieter freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Gegend dort ist wirklich sehr schön und mit E-Bikes problemlos zu erkunden. Wir hatten eine entspannte Zeit. Positiv: Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und ideal für 4 Personen. Der Kühlschrank war vorgekühlt und im Bad waren ein voller Handseifenspender und Duschseifen vorhanden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden vom Vermieter bereitgestellt. In der Küche stand sogar ein mit Kaffeebohnen vorbereiteter Kaffeevollautomat. Selbst eine Waschmaschine im Bad war vorhanden, die wir aber wegen der Kürze unseres Aufenthaltes nicht benötigten. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend und bot uns für unsere E-Bikes gleich einen Abstellplatz an. Negativ: Wegen der Lage der Ferienwohnung in einer kleinen Gasse gibt es leider nur einen (1) Pkw-Stellplatz. In den Schlafzimmern hätten wir uns eine Kofferbank oder einen Stuhl zur Ablage unserer Tageskleidung gewünscht. Restaurant: Nudelhüsli - Gute italienische Speisen zu bezahlbaren Preisen. Ausflüge: Bad Bellingen - Eine entspannte Radtour am Rheinufer von Bad Bellingen bis zum Stauwehr am Altrhein in Märkt.”

    “Ansonsten top und wirklich ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Positiv: Die Sauberkeit und das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis. Negativ: Sehr laut, da in direkter Nähe zur Hauptstraße. Der angegebene Parkplatz war nur für ein kleines Auto ausreichend. Abstellmöglichkeit für das E-Bike ohne, dass man es z.B. an einer Stange oder einem Rohr hätte sichern können.”

    “Für ein Pärchen zu empfehlen aber für eine Familie eher nicht. Da man im Sommer nicht mit Familie draußen sitzen kann.Mit Winter super auch für eine Familie Positiv: Vermieter war sehr freundlichen und die Wohnung sehr sauber Negativ: Der Aussenbereich klein und nur zwei Sitzgelegenheiten”
