Exit to the balcony. 1 small room 4 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Small balcony 6 m2. Balcony furniture. Facilities: children's high chair (extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. The very small double room is not suitable for the elderly and disabled (no possibility to mount the edges of the bed) .
