Situation
This cottage is situated on a large plot above the famous sandy bay of Cala Sanau and is surrounded by old pine- and olive trees. Cala D'Or with its many restaurants, shops and other tourist attractions is at a distance of only 3,5km.The beach at only 500m.
Farmhouse
Rotes is a traditionally furnished holiday domicile. All rooms are on one level. The living room invites you with couches and a fireplace adjacent is the beautifully furnished dining area. The well equipped kitchen has a direct access on to terrace. Furthermore there are two bedrooms with twin beds, which share a bathroom and a double bedroom with queen bed that has a modern bathroom with corner bath.
Outdoor
On the covered terrace there is a nice dining area with a barbecue that invites to meals al fresco. On one side of the house a staircase leads to a spacious roof terrace, which animates for sunbathing. The kidney shaped pool and the surrounding sun terraces makes you escape from reality.
Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).
