Elegant maisonette apartment at the heart of Paris in a prime quiet location, with a lovely view of the city

The holiday apartment is part of an old building from the 18th century, in a prime location in the middle of the Ile Saint Louis, one of the two islands at the heart of Paris and one of the most luxurious and sought-after residential districts of the city. It is right by a bank of the Seine on a street with little traffic and is the perfect starting point for exploring this wonderful city.

The charming holiday apartment renovated in 2012, with 45m² of living space, is on the fifth floor of an old building from the year 1750 that has a lift. It can accommodate two people. The entrance provides access to the thoughtfully, romantically and elegantly decorated living room with a sofa, a small round dining table and a flatscreen TV mounted on the wall. The integrated, open kitchen provides a microwave, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. The bathroom is separated from the living room by an arched brick wall, adorned very decoratively with frosted glass, and has a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet. From the living room, a couple of steps lead up to the open mezzanine level, which has a sleeping area with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a small storage room for luggage, a little desk with a chair, and a wardrobe. The mezzanine ceiling height measures 2.4m at the highest point. There is heating in the living room and in the bathroom. Wireless Internet access is available. A washing machine and a dryer are integrated into the kitchen. The apartment is perfect for a romantic weekend for two in Paris. Owing to the double-glazed windows, it is very quiet and light. It features beautiful wooden beams, elegant tables and mirrors. The luxurious interior is perfectly complemented by the wonderful view over the roofs of Paris and towards the Seine. It is a non-smoking apartment.

Payable parking spaces are available on Ile Saint-Louis. As the apartment is at the heart of the city, everything is within easy walking distance: shops, restaurants, the Pont-Marie metro stop (a three-minute walk away on the other side of the bridge), sights, museums etc. The nearest grocery shop is about 100 metres away.
