Here you can walk from the harbor front to a large forest area bordering the sea Lillebælt. The area is very cropped, with beautiful beech forests, slopes and nice swimming beaches. Also bring your fishing rod, there are unique opportunities for pleasure fishing here. The largest city of Fyn, Odense, is only 30 minutes drive from Middelfart, and the many attractions in central Jylland are also not far away, e.g. Legoland, Legohouse, Givskud Zoo, Randers Regnskov, etc.
