Seafront Villa for 8 people with pool for holidays in a quiet area

The large villa Forti 57 enjoys a privileged seafront position with astonishing sea views where you can often see the yachts on their way to the Cala D'Or marina. The villa is located is a quiet area, close to the emblematic fortification "Es Forti". Only 400m. away is the sandy cove Caló des Pou and 600m. away is the centre of Cala Egos with shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The stylish Cala D'Or marina with restaurants and cafeterias is 1.4km. away and the centre of Cala D'Or where you will find a pedestrian area with a wide variety of restaurants, pubs with live music and shops is within 5 minutes drive. In Cala D’Or centre there are several lovely sandy coves such as Cala Gran and Cala D’Or. Here you can practice water sports or take an excursion and discover the pretty south east coast with the glass bottom boat. The charming port Porto Petro is within 5 minutes drive.

Forti 57 is a spacious whitewashed villa with wonderful bright natural light and large windows bringing in views of the sea. On the ground floor there is a long lounge and dining space with several sets of double doors to access the sea-facing terrace. There are comfortable sofas, a wood-burning stove and a dining table with chairs on the raised dining area. The kitchen is well planned. French doors lead out to a covered terrace overlooking the sea, with a barbecue and built-in seats. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, dressing area and double doors onto the sea-terrace. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. On the first floor there are three lovely twin bedrooms that open out onto the terrace looking over the sea. One of these rooms has an en-suite bathroom and the other two share a family bathroom. Air conditioning in the bedrooms with a limited timetable.

The exterior The outside is really peaceful and enjoys the most asthonishing sea views. The garden edges, the rocky shoreline really makes the most of its beautiful outlook. There's a swimming pool (8m x 4m, min 1.5m max 2.0m) with a sun-terrace, a lawn and sun beds to enjoy the long summery days - and its child-friendly too with a wall and a safety gate closing it off from the shore. Covered terrace with a dining table to enjoy delicious "al fresco" meals overlooking the pool area and the open sea. There is a barbecue and built-in seats.

Bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas) are included in the price. The first cot and highchair are included in the price.
