Small, well-equipped holiday apartment in the old town centre of Monopoli, just a few steps from the sea
The holiday apartment is on the first floor of a detached house located in the only town centre of Monopoli, just 50 metres from the sea.
The apartment was refurbished, tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. It is ideal for a couple or a small family. The living room-kitchen measures around 40m² and has a sofa, a dining table and a kitchen unit. The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 190cm). There are also a wall cupboard and a small storage room. On request, a single bed can be added to the bedroom or the living area. The bathroom has a shower, WC and bidet. The apartment provides crockery and cutlery, an oven, fridge, hairdryer, ironing equipment, a TV, air conditioning and heating.
The apartment has access to a small balcony. A public, free parking space is available about 50 metres from the apartment.
The apartment does not have Internet access, nor a washing machine.
The magnificent cathedral is just 30 metres from the holiday apartment, while bars, pubs, restaurants, banks and shops are just 150 metres away. The beach is within walking distance, just 50 metres away.
