Holiday apartment on the first floor, with use of a garden

The holiday apartment is in Nordleda, part of Otterndorf, about 8km from the centre of Otterndorf.

Garden loungers and a grill are available. Several sitting corners invite you to sit and relax. A big parking space, a car port and a room for parking bicycles are provided on site. There is a swing for children, as well as a play area.

This house is on a quiet little side street and is surrounded by a large, well-maintained garden with mature trees. This apartment is on the first floor and is well-equipped and furnished. It has two bedrooms, a living and dining room, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave. There is also a bathroom with a shower. An optional shopping service and bread rolls delivery service are available.

There are beautiful cycling and walking paths nearby. There are indoor pools in Otterndorf, Bad Bederkesa and Cuxhaven. You can go on cart rides or walks across the tidal flats from Cuxhaven to the island of Neuwerk. Other popular trip destinations include the natural marshland areas in Wanna (ride with the Moorbahn into the Ahlener moor), the zoo in Wingst and the Aeronauticum of the MFG3 Graf-Zeppelin Gschwaders in Nordholz.

    “Positiv: Sehr ruhige Lage und ideal zum ausspannen. Bequeme Betten, gut sortierte küchenausstattung und sollte tatsächlich was fehlen so ist die rührige Vermieterin um Abhilfe sofort zur Stelle. Auch sonstige Fragen, oder Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden etc. So ist Vermieterin echt gut informiert.
    Wir genossen jeden Morgen den Brötchenservice. Herrlich die Türe aufmachen und es duftet lecker. Alles in einem wunderschöne Wohnung- wir fühlten uns wie zuhause (heimelig, wohnlich..). Wir kommen wieder. Negativ: Nichts.”

    “Sehr ruhige Lage, FEWO alles in allem empfehlenswert. Für ruhesuchende Personen ideal. Positiv: Die FEWO war komplett ausgestattet. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Sehr schön war die Möglichkeit
    das Auto im Carport unterzustellen. Großes Grundstück, ist gut für Familien mit Kindern. Negativ: Da das Wetter sehr wechselhaft und kühl war, hat die Heizung( Bad, Wohnzimmer ) schlecht
    funktioniert. Erst nach mehrmaliger Kritik beim Vermieter wurde es besser.”
