Rustic little timber-framed house in the midst of the old town
You will feel at home in this detached and rustic timber-framed house in the midst of the Wertheim old town, without traffic. The house exudes the charm of past times, coupled with contemporary and modern amenities. You can find cafés, restaurants and beer gardens nearby, as well as many shops.
The house is on two floors. The first floor of around 40m² has a bathroom with a shower, toilet, washbasin and washing machine, as well as a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, coffee machine, microwave etc.). The living room also provides a flatscreen TV, a double sofa bed and a desk, along with free wireless Internet access. There is a garage on the ground floor where bicycles can be stored securely. The attic has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a wardrobe. A travel bed can be set up for a child.
This old timber-framed house has a remarkable structure. In previous centuries houses were built functionally, so the ceiling height is quite low: attic 1.70m, ground floor 2.00m.
You can enjoy a range of activities around Wertheim. Countless kilometres of beautiful cycling and hiking routes await cyclists and walkers, such as the Main cycle path (5-star premium trail), or the classic Liebliches Taubertal (5-star premium cycling path).
