Holiday house with a terrace in a beautiful location by the sea
This holiday house occupies an enchanting location on the north coast of Sicily, between Trabia and Termini Imerese.
The bungalow enjoys a quiet location, surrounded by greenery, on a plot of land by the sea. The owners also live on site. The house was renovated in 2010 and provides a spacious living room with a dining table, seating corner and television. It has three bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with two single beds. The modern kitchen is well-equipped, including an oven and a fridge. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine. The air conditioning in the house, which cools in summer and heats in winter, is paid according to usage. Wireless Internet access is included in the rental price.
The holiday home has a large private terrace with a table and deckchairs. There is also a shared sun terrace by the sea. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, in which you can stroll amongst olive and lemon trees. A private footpath leads down to the sand and pebble beach.
Good restaurants and pizzerias are just a few minutes away. In the nearby little towns there are a number of shops. Those who love the sea and Mediterranean nature will probably spend the entire holiday on the beach or under a pine tree gazing at the sea. Those who are interested in art and history will appreciate the central location, which is convenient for exploring Sicily all around. In Termini Imerese there are famous thermal springs, as well as a municipal museum. The Himera archeological museum with the world-famous golden phial is also nearby. One can go on hikes in the nature reserve on a mountain above the town. The Middle Ages come alive in the beautiful town of Caccamo. Trabia is famous for its long sandy beaches. Palermo, Monreale and Cefalu are just half an hour away, and it is easy to get to Erice and Segesta, Taormina and Etna, Piazza Armerina, Agrigento and the Madonie nature reserve via the motorway or by train.
