Old, simple apartment house "St. Martin", 6 storeys. In the district of Wiesti, 700 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, south-west facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Stepped path (70 steps) to the house. Supermarket 700 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 700 m, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 300 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 700 m. Mountain railway, ski rental, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school, children's ski school 900 m. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt. Additional accommodations can be booked.
