Holiday house immersed in the countryside, but only 2 km from the sea: perfect for those who love the sea but want to be away from the chaos. The accommodation is located in a strategic place to visit the region: Chioggia (7 km) from where you can reach Venice by boat and the other beautiful cities of art: Padua, Vicenza, Treviso, Ferrara, Ravenna. In the evening you can have dinner in the garden, admiring the sky. The accommodation is just on one floor. To spend in the best way your holiday: garden, surrounded by shrubs and flowers in which to relax and sunbathe, soccer field, volleyball net, table tennis, table football. From the house cycle routes start in a lagoon landscape; from Sottomarina the cycle and pedestrian path allows you to go around the lagoon of Lusenzo and from Chioggia, in Piazza Vigo, you take the “vaporetto” and arrive to the island of Pellestrina to visit this island a few hundred meters long and 11 long km of beaches and beautiful streets. We suggest to devote a day to discover the immense historical and artistic heritage of the area: Venice and the islands of the lagoon ; Padua (40 km) with the Basilica del Santo and the Unesco heritage botanical garden; Vicenza (80 km), dominated by Palladian architecture; Treviso (70 km) with its canals and frescoed buildings; Ferrara (80 km) beautiful Renaissance city, Ravenna (90 km) with its Byzantine mosaics, as a whole series of beautiful medieval towns: Comacchio, Pomposa Abbey, Monselice, Este. In Veneto there are over 4000 historic villas. Many of them have beautiful gardens in which to spend the whole day. This house is an excellent holiday solution not only in summer thanks to the beaches that surround it, to excursions in the lagoon o to a boat trip along the Po delta, but also in other seasons to discover the surrounding area so rich in art, history and culture.

    “Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es bietet alles, was man als Familie braucht. Alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, mit dem Auto braucht man 10/15 Minuten nach Chioggia/Sottomarina & ca 5-10 Minuten nach Isola verde. Betreffend der Sauberkeit habe ich definitiv schon schlimmeres erlebt. Duschen, Toiletten, Betten sind in Ordnung, lediglich die Alltagsgegenstände wie Geschirr, Töpfe etc. sollte man kontrollieren vor Gebrauch. Auch den Grill mussten wir vor Gebrauch reinigen. Länderadapter und Mückenstecker sind in jedem Zimmer vorhanden, letztere braucht man auch. In den Abendstunden (Dämmerung) empfiehlt es sich im Haus zu bleiben. (Jedes Fenster im Haus hat Mückengitter). Mückenspray mitbringen lohnt sich auf jeden Fall auch wenn man zum Abendessen wegfährt.. die Mücken waren dieses Jahr sehr präsent. Die Biodiversität um das Objekt ist faszinierend; wir lauschten dem Konzert der Grillen und Fösche, sahen Wildhasen, Echsen und Fasane. Auch eine Schlangenhaut haben wir gefunden.
    Alles in allem verbrachten wir eine angenehme Zeit dort & ich würde das Objekt zu diesem Preis wieder buchen.”

    “Das Haus ist schön ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Ein offener Kamin und ein großzügiger Garten sorgen für Wohlfühlcharakter. Die Vermieterin wohnt einige Gehminuten entfernt und ist stets ansprechbar und zuvorkommend. Da das Haus inmitten landwirtschaftlicher Flächen liegt, ist Ruhe garantiert. Allerdings war uns die Lage etwas zu einsam. Auch führt ein recht langer und geschotterter, allerdings nicht geteerter Flurweg zum Haus.”

    “Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen. Sie spricht gut englisch, so dass man alles besprechen kann. Während unseres Urlaubs hat sie mehrmals den Fernsehtechniker geholt und so konnten wir gegen Ende des Urlaubs aus über 30 deutschsprachigen Sendern wählen. WLAN gibt es leider nicht im Haus, aber in einem Raum der Vermieterin (deren Haus ist ca. 300 m entfernt). Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber. Das Doppelbett hat zwar zwei Matratzen, aber man merkt es trotzdem, wenn der andere sich umdreht. An allen Fenstern sind Fliegengitterrollos. Das Haus liegt abgelegen und ist daher sehr ruhig. Mit dem Auto waren wir in 5 Min. am Stand.”

    “Klasse Landhaus, prima Ausstattung, wenn man von der einen oder anderen schwarzen Fuge in Bad oder Küche absieht. Das Haus ist sehr schöne gelegen und optimal für Familien mit Kindern, da keine befahrenen Straßen in der Nähe, großer Garten zum Grillen und in der Sonne liegen. Toll! Umso mehr wenn man den Halli-Galli-Trubel in Sottomarina einmal besichtigt hat. Dazu eine sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Abwicklung war entspannt.”

    “Das Haus und der Garten sind wirklich toll und sehr liebevoll ausgestattet. Ich freu mich jedes jahr wieder, dort gast sein zu dürfen.”
