Our appartment house is lcoated in the quietly in the center of Stumm. Restaurants, shops and supermarket are easy reachable by foot. Skibus stop is about 50 m away. With the skibus you reach the skiing area in Kaltenbach in a few minutes. The 7 appartments for 2-8 persons are on 3 floors. In the first floor there is a lounge for all guests. In the cellar there isa ski room with ski shoe dryer. In the ground floor there is a drug store.
3 rooms, about 40-48 m², living kitchen with sofa (sleeping possibility for 2 persons), satellite tv, kitchenette (stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker), 2 bed rooms with double bed or bunk bed, bath with bath tub, extra toilet, balcony.
