Rural Villa Es Triquet is only a short drive from Palma airport to the property. After a drive through cobbled streets, an automatic gate opens and you can drive along a cobbled path between the beautiful garden towards the beautiful rural villa. You can park your hire car in the garage, where there are two parking spaces with direct access to the house. But the country villa also offers plenty of space outside the garage on the spacious south-facing plot. The terraces around the house are set in beautiful lawns. The owners have planted pine and almond trees, cypresses and palm trees, which together with typical Mediterranean plants create a colourful delight. In the centre of the terrace area is the connected but two-part pool, while the shallower area is perfect for children. A large, gnarled carob tree provides shade while you relax on one of the eight sun loungers. In another tree you will find a swing for younger guests, who are of course very welcome in the rural villa. Next to the pool, there is another part of the building with a covered barbecue and four bar stools. Behind the semi-circular wall is the practical outdoor shower with outdoor WC. Around the house there are beautiful covered terraces with a rustic dining area with a solid wooden table and two benches where you can enjoy freshly grilled food together. Right next to it, also in the covered area, is the lounge corner with an outdoor wicker sofa with thick, grey cushions for chilling out. Further options are available, and there is also a fantastic roof terrace on the top floor of the rural villa with a table and four chairs where you can enjoy a great view over the centre of the island (the Pla de Mallorca) to the Tramuntana mountains.

The owners have not only incorporated the traditional Mallorcan style of the rural villa into the exterior architecture, but the interior also has a typical rustic style, while the furniture is rustic yet new and reflects a very high-quality and elegant country house style. You enter the bright and friendly house, which is spread over two levels. A chic staircase with a customised steel banister that looks like spider webs with its organic shapes connects the two floors. The flooring on the ground floor alternates between screed with inlaid stones and broken ceramic tiles. From the spacious entrance area, two steps lead up to the living area with a beautiful wood-burning stove and two chic brown sofas. A wall with a stone slab also leads up two steps to the open-plan dining area with a large wooden table. The fully equipped kitchen offers another large dining area. From the coffee machine, toaster and microwave to the dishwasher and large stainless steel fridge, everything you need is provided. The built-in cupboards and stone sink give this special rural villa an authentic charm. On the same level there is a utility room and laundry room so you can wash and dry your holiday clothes with ease. There is also a bathroom next to the bedroom on this floor. The three other bedrooms are located on the top floor, which can be reached via this staircase. The second floor is a kind of open gallery, where there is a living area with a sofa. Two of the comfortable bedrooms share a bathroom with bath and shower. The third bedroom is the master bedroom and has its own bathroom with shower. The bathrooms offer very unusual details such as natural stone walls and nostalgic bathroom furniture. The bed measures between 2 x 2 metres and 1.40 x 1.90 metres. Two bedrooms are each equipped with two single beds, ideal for children, and a cot is also available for the youngest guests. There are two bedrooms on another floor within the rooms: the walk-in wardrobe can be reached via a staircase in the master bedroom. In the second room, the only function of the upper floor is to create a very pleasant room height. By the way: From the top floor you can access the fantastic sun terrace with phenomenal views of the Tramuntana mountains.

The newly built stone villa Es Triquet with a great interior and well-kept garden is located near the town of Binissalem in the Pla de Mallorca and offers phenomenal views of the Tramuntana mountains. This rural, beautiful region is full of vineyards, orange and almond trees. You can drive to Binissalem to shop for your daily needs; on Fridays there is a weekly market with regional products. Due to its central location, close to an audible road, you can quickly reach the capital Palma, as well as the beaches, such as Cuidad Jardin.

Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 23 years or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be upon arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund
