Just a stone's throw from the historic centre of Bastide Saint-Louis and the Canal du Midi, this gîte is ideally located in Carcassonne for enjoying the city's heritage and leisure activities. All amenities are within walking distance of the gîte (restaurants, tabac-presse, mini-market, bakery, pharmacy, bowling alley).
Less than 5 minutes' walk: the town centre and the Canal du Midi, which runs alongside the centre of the town, are great places to take a walk and discover this jewel of the region. The Cité de Carcassonne is 2.5km from the gîte. For a refreshing and idyllic moment during your stay in Carcassonne, there are two places to visit: the aqualudic centre with its balneotherapy area and the Lac de la Cavayère. The residential area of the gîte is off the beaten track and guarantees peace and quiet during your holiday.
On site, you'll have a large private fenced terrace with garden furniture and barbecue to enjoy good times with family or friends. Parking is available in the house's private garage. The gîte is on one level and adjoins another flat above it with a separate entrance. It is located on the ground floor and comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with 2 convertible 2-seater sofas, a TV and a dining table. A separate shower room with shower, WC and washbasin. One bedroom with a double bed (140cm).
All-inclusive services (bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning). Baby equipment available on request. WIFI connection. Pets are not accepted except for small animals and on request from the owner.
