Surrounded by old dry stone walls and small, quaint alleyways, the Can Xiquet town house awaits you at the foot of the historic Castell De Capdepera castle. Part of the venerable building, an impressive tower, is even a protected World Heritage Site. The small town is bursting with medieval charm and it is easy to lose yourself in thoughts of a bygone era. The cosy home is decorated in bright orange, harmonising perfectly with its extraordinary surroundings. The inviting outdoor area is surrounded by old quarry stone walls and emphasises the historic atmosphere. The inviting pool clearly follows the motto: small but nice. You can climb a few steps into the pool and enjoy a refreshing dip under the Spanish sun or sunbathe on the sun loungers. The outdoor shower is also located here and there is an outdoor toilet for your optimum comfort. The covered terrace with stylish dining area is perfect for a cosy barbecue evening with a wonderful view of the stars.

The interior, with its elegant and very modern design, forms a great contrast to the historic exterior. White and cream-coloured nuances define the style of the open-plan rooms, while light wooden beams on the ceiling skilfully round off the ambience. A few quarry stone elements and beautiful decorations give the home a very special flair. As soon as you enter the townhouse, you are greeted by a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa and a large flat-screen TV. You can feel the impressive atmosphere after just a few steps inside. On cooler days, you can spend a cosy evening indoors watching a film or playing games. A special highlight is the cosy fireplace, which extends through the wall to the open dining area and also creates a cosy atmosphere. The very modern and spacious kitchen is decorated in shades of grey and is perfectly equipped for preparing delicious meals. The staircase alone is a real eye-catcher; it leads directly to one of the two bedrooms (one of which is open-plan) on the upper floor. Each of these bedrooms has a comfortable double bed and stylish furniture. Pearl white chests of drawers and wardrobes offer plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe and pretty purchases from various shopping trips and market visits. Just a few steps away, the as-new daylight bathroom with bathtub and elegant glass shower is ready for your comfort.

The location of the townhouse above the historic town of Capdepera and right next to the Castell De Capdepera castle is breathtakingly beautiful and at the same time very varied. In addition to the medieval castle, a pilgrimage church and picturesque viewpoints, you can expect great pedestrianised areas with a variety of shopping opportunities and beautiful beaches. Thanks to its proximity to the road, you can easily reach tourist destinations. For example, you can be in the bustling coastal town of Cala Ratjada in just a few minutes, with its beautiful promenade with various restaurants and bars along the harbour providing a nice change from the idyll. If you enjoy playing golf as well as water sports, you have the choice of two great 18-hole courses in the area, either in Canyamel, Capdepera or Son Servera Golf. All golf enthusiasts staying at Can Xiquet receive a 15% discount on the entrance fee for the Son Servera golf course. Finally, beautiful bays with great sandy beaches and turquoise blue water are the ideal destination for a perfect beach day and make the holiday feeling under the Spanish sun perfect.
