Villa Es Pou des Rafal in the east of Mallorca offers wonderful contrasts: the single-storey, slightly elevated natural stone villa has a rustic appearance from the outside, but is very chic and modernly furnished and equipped with all the comforts you could wish for on holiday. It impresses with its beautiful rural location with no immediate neighbours on a huge plot that invites you to explore extensively. Directly behind the house, which has a large, covered terrace with a dining table with matching chairs and cosy outdoor seating, the pool awaits you and offers refreshing coolness. After a dip, you can enjoy a well-earned siesta on one of the comfortable sun loungers with a tasty drink or a good book, from where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside.

The interior design of your holiday home is cheerful and modern: simple, high-quality furniture, light colours, stylish lamps and wooden windows and door frames that retain the rural character of the villa - a winning combination! All rooms are on one level and you won't find any stairs here. The living and dining area extends over a single, large room: the cosy sofa with lots of cushions invites you to spend cosy evenings watching TV, while you and your fellow travellers can enjoy culinary delights with a glass or two of wine at the elegant dining table upholstered designer chairs. The stylish kitchen is a convenient place to prepare meals - no need to bend down to reach the oven or microwave. All three bedrooms promise sweet dreams, all pleasantly discreetly furnished, each with a large wardrobe, TV and floor-to-ceiling windows offering a marvellous view of the nature surrounding the house. The living comfort is complemented by two modern bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.

Here you live in an idyllic setting surrounded by greenery, so you shouldn't miss out on long walks or a bike ride! This corner of the island impresses with its lush, typically Mediterranean vegetation, the olive, almond and fig tree groves as well as the huge old rosemary bushes along the roadside. If you prefer to drive into town, whether for your daily shopping, a visit to a restaurant or just a short shopping trip, you can drive the 1.5 kilometres along the country road, which can be windy depending on the traffic, to the beautiful town of Artà. Narrow streets, lots of interesting architecture, art and culture Artà has preserved its traditions. Two different markets are held here every Tuesday. But the beach of Es Pou des Rafal is not far away either: the fine sandy beach of Canyamel, which is surrounded by nature but still offers a very good infrastructure, is an 11.5 km drive away.

Country life with a connection to the city: this is the unbeatable combination offered by the single-storey natural stone villa Es Pou de Rafal, just 1.5 km from the gates of Artà. The house is slightly elevated on a huge plot in the east of Mallorca. There is a pool in front of the covered terrace, which offers a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside, but you can also spend your time on the sun loungers around it. The beach of Canyamel is only 11.5 km away.
