As you enter, you will be greeted by a beautiful barrier adorned with the figure of the rooster, a historical symbol of the town of Pollensa. The path to the house leads you through the large garden to the front door.



Inside, you will find spacious and bright spaces distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen creates an open space to the large living-dining room, creating a perfect space to gather with family and friends. The kitchen features an impressive island and a huge American style fridge and a small wine bar built into the island for wine lovers.



Also on the ground floor, there is a comfortable toilet and a cosy double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to a lovely private terrace. There is wiffi available throughout the house.



An elegant staircase will lead you to the upper floor, where you will find three further double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two of them have a shower and the third has a bathtub.



All rooms include air conditioning hot/cold. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has programmed air conditioning in all units from 21:00 to 8:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00. In winter there is a wood-burning cooker in the living room.
