The warming rays of sunshine glisten on the surface of the pool, a gentle breeze caresses the property and the gently swaying persianas. The blue sky, dotted with soft white clouds, stretches over the gleaming white villa. The breeze carries the salt of the sea with it; no wonder, as the Ca Na Martina estate is secluded in an urbanisation close to the Mediterranean. This also explains the maritime colour scheme of the two-storey villa. The property is surrounded by a green hedge. The 30 m² pool is surrounded by a cheerful and lush green lawn. Simply place the sun loungers in your favourite spot. If you prefer to spend your time outdoors, the covered terrace with its long dining table is sure to delight you. Here you can enjoy every meal of the day, from breakfast and a light lunch to a cheerful barbecue in the evening, then round off the day with a glass of wine or another cool drink. Cala D'Or is as attractive as the golden bay that gives it its name. Ca Na Martina is located in the centre of the lively Es Forti district. This also means that instead of taking the car, you can walk to a nice bar and enjoy a drink with a view of the sea or visit a restaurant for a romantic dinner. Strolling around makes you feel like you're on holiday. And here, walking along the piers of the nearby marina or strolling up to the fortress will certainly be one of your favourite pastimes. Of course, a trip in a hire car is also worthwhile if you want to get to know the country and its people. Ca Na Martina offers you a wide range of options to cater to your individual holiday wishes.
