Are you looking for absolute peace and quiet? Do you love nature and value order and elegance? Then look no further, the beautiful Villa Cas Cans in the east of the island is your perfect holiday destination. The impressive stone house is situated on a huge, wonderfully peaceful plot at the end of a cul-de-sac, bordered by a typical Mallorcan natural stone wall. The lovingly landscaped garden offers both well-tended lawns for the children to play on and a magical combination of quaint old trees, wonderfully fragrant rosemary and lavender bushes and tall palm trees. Right next to the villa you will find an incredibly large infinity pool, where you can cool off on hot days while enjoying the fantastic view of nature. After a swim, there's nothing better than cosying up on the spacious terrace with natural stone tiles and immersing yourself in a good book. You are spoilt for choice between the many seating and sunbathing areas. These include a covered daybed, various sun loungers and sun mats, a chill-out area under a pavilion and a covered terrace right next to the house. There you can lean back on the comfortable, artistic rattan furniture and enjoy a refreshing drink or a small snack.

The interior of the villa is also ideally suited to hosting unforgettable holiday moments. The centrepiece of Can Cans is a large living area with an integrated dining room and the adjoining, modernly equipped kitchen. These rooms with modern furniture and a typical Mallorcan ambience, dominated by light sand and earth tones and wooden roof beams, are the perfect place for cooking, eating and chatting together, perhaps accompanied by the crackling of the fireplace while everyone cooks and feels at home on the comfortable sofas. As soon as a cosy feeling of tiredness overcomes you, you can simply retire to one of the five bedrooms, all of which are bright and lovingly designed down to the smallest detail. They have either single or double beds and direct access to the terrace areas or the balcony above. There is also a comfortable sofa set and a marvellous vantage point from which to enjoy the view. The upscale design of the four bathrooms was obviously also designed with style in mind - the pretty tiles in each bathroom are a particular eye-catcher.

Your villa is located in the middle of the hilly landscape north of the artists' town of Artà and offers a marvellous view of the mountain range of this coastal region. Artà itself is only 2.3 kilometres away and can therefore be reached quickly. The truly enchanting old streets and numerous galleries are perfect for a stroll. You can also quickly reach the nearby beaches in your hire car; Cala Torta, for example, is just 13.5 km away behind a few hills that you can see from Cas Cans. In addition, there are four golf courses in the immediate vicinity of the villa, less than 10 minutes away by car, including Capdepera Golf and Pula Golf.

As a guest of the exclusive Villa Cas Cans, you can enjoy the good life in the Mallorcan countryside. The impressive property, with a stunning infinity pool, is nestled in naturally protected green hills and offers incredible views of the surrounding mountains and the Mediterranean Sea beyond.
