Situated on a pretty estate near Artà, Villa Na Gomendina welcomes its guests in an inviting atmosphere. Spacious terraces, interspersed with small walkways, attractive seating areas and green spaces in the form of lawns and a variety of Mediterranean plants characterise the pleasant picture that greets arriving guests. The owner lovingly and discreetly looks after the garden and pool every day shortly after sunrise. Perhaps the most beautiful aspect of this harmonious atmosphere is the absolutely unique view that you can enjoy here. Not only can you see the picturesque surroundings or the hills of Artà; the view extends far beyond to the sea in the distance. There are a total of 10 outdoor seating areas scattered throughout the house, each one truly more beautiful than the last. For those of you who want to relax in a light and airy, shaded area, you will find covered areas right next to the house. At any time of day, it's wonderful to sit at the beautiful dining table under the wood-panelled roof overlooking the pool, perhaps enjoying a delicious meal and gazing out at the breathtaking views in the distance. A great addition can be found on the small area a few steps further up, where you will find another table and chairs. Directly under the open sky, a little closer to the pool, there is a pretty little table where you can either dine or simply spend time in the sun. The pool, a particular eye-catcher in the outdoor area, is an excellent length at 9 metres. It is tiled with pretty mosaic stones and is easily accessible via a corner staircase. You can relax comfortably on cosy loungers and leave everyday life far behind you. For culinary moments, the covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue beckons, which conveniently has another seating area for use.

The interior of the house welcomes you with a cosy, typically Mallorcan atmosphere. Brightly painted walls, exposed wooden beams and harmoniously coordinated floor tiles frame the rustic furniture in an atmospheric setting. Elaborate decoration complements the cosy appearance. The spacious living/dining room has various cosy seating options, sofas and armchairs as well as a flat-screen TV with satellite connection for your entertainment. With its solid table and matching chairs, the dining room is a great place to eat together. The wooden cupboard and sideboard placed here accentuate this living area impressively. The kitchen is right next door and has everything you need for your daily needs, including a kettle and coffee machine. There is also an exit to the outdoor kitchen. Cosy bedrooms, equipped with comfortable furniture, invite you to relax and dream. An open, cosily furnished children's room contains a further single bed. In both daylight bathrooms you will find functional furnishings paired with attractive design.

This cosy villa is situated in an idyllic location in the middle of a spectacularly landscaped estate, just 2 km northwest of Artà. There, enchanting alleys and streets lead up the hill where the romantic little town was built. The beautiful natural sandy beach of Cala Torta is approx. 13 km away.
