Here you can enjoy the maritime Mediterranean life to the full without shoes and with every conceivable comfort: The natural stone villa Son Buc with its pretty light blue shutters and beautiful beach objects in the garden was built at the foot of a hill in a fantastic secluded location on a huge estate. Around the entire house, the lovingly landscaped garden with its many whitewashed ship planks, thick boat moorings, beach buoys and numerous tall palm trees invites children to play and adults to linger. The many terraces, some sunny, some covered, are attractively scattered around the villa and offer wonderful views of the surrounding countryside as well as comfortable seating and sunbathing areas. Everyone will quickly find their favourite spot here, whether it's with a delicious cocktail on the lounge chair on the roof terrace, at the rustic wooden table for a small snack or with a good book on the romantic daybed by the pool. Speaking of the pool: the gently sloping water shimmers enticingly in the sun, protected from children by a discreet fence, and promises refreshment on hot days.

Thanks to the many windows, some of which are floor-to-ceiling, Son Buc has a wonderfully bright and friendly interior. Wooden beams on the ceilings and rustic, exposed natural stone walls contrast with bright white walls and elegant tiled floors, creating a perfect combination of tradition and modernity. The interior design is also stylish: a classic country house style contrasts with the almost purist furniture. The living room with an extra-deep sofa where you can cosy up in front of the TV, the dining area with a long wooden table and wicker chairs and the very chic, sleek and modern kitchen with a white counter, which is perfect for a quick breakfast or a glass of wine, merge seamlessly thanks to the open-plan design. Two tastefully designed, spacious and air-conditioned double rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, which can be reached via a stone staircase, promise sweet dreams: the rooms dispense with unnecessary frills and over-the-top decor and instead focus on accents of natural tones and skilful lighting. The same applies to the two elegant en-suite bathrooms, one with a floor-level shower and one with a wonderfully wide bathtub.

Even if you don't want to leave this green paradise: Be sure to plan an excursion or two into the surrounding area - it's worth it! The typically Mallorcan, hilly landscape around the villa is simply perfect for long walks or bike rides through the countryside. For shopping, a stroll through the town or a visit to a restaurant, drive approx. 3.9 km down the road audible from the property to the medieval town of Artà. Don't miss the colourful weekly market on Tuesdays. Afterwards, take a relaxed stroll through the narrow streets of this picturesque town with its special atmosphere, which has motivated many artists to settle here over the years. But even if you prefer to go to the beach, you don't have to travel far: Sa Marjal, a beautiful sandy beach with dunes, waves and good infrastructure, is just 10.3 km away, while Canyamel beach, surrounded by beautiful nature, is just 10.8 km away.

A maritime Mediterranean paradise with whitewashed ship planks, thick boat moorings, beach buoys and pebbles surrounds the beautiful natural stone villa Son Buc, located between the harbour town of Cala Ratjada and Artà, a coastal community in the east of the island. The house with its pretty light blue shutters and numerous artefacts from the beach in the garden is situated at the foot of a green hill on a huge plot of over 4 hectares. The turquoise-coloured pool is nestled in an extensive garden landscape and makes you want to go barefoot in the sea. Some of the most beautiful sandy coves in Mallorca are in the immediate vicinity of the villa.
