In the town of Lychen, the two vacation homes are located on the owner's fenced residential plot of around 1,300 square meters, from which you have direct water access to the Nesselpfuhlsee and can use a private bathing area. In addition to the owner's house and the two vacation homes, there is a sauna house on the property. The village center, a bakery and a restaurant are only a few hundred meters away, the nearest store is about 1.5 km away. The two vacation homes are in close proximity to each other. Also available: Storage space for bicycles, sauna, furnished terrace with barbecue (per cottage), sun loungers, 1 free bicycle per cottage, 1 pedal boat for an extra charge (for a fee), parking lot. Included in the total price: Bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption, final cleaning. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.

The 40 m² vacation home for up to 3 people, completely renovated in 2017, is located directly on the water and is equipped with a living room (sofa bed extra bed for 1 person, flat screen TV, radio with CD player, DVD player (on request), dining area), a separate kitchen (electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. The vacation home has WLA and insect screens in front of the windows. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. The vacation home includes: furnished terrace with barbecue, 1 bicycle (free of charge), 1 rowing boat (free of charge).

Next to Templin, Lychen is the most attractive vacation resort in the Uckermark. Due to the abundance of forests and lakes in the sparsely populated area, all conditions for a relaxing nature vacation are given. Directly around the town of Lychen there is an interconnected lake area with a total of seven lakes, providing the best conditions for swimming, fishing and water sports. The town has a well-developed tourist infrastructure with various shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés, boat and bicycle hire, raft trips, carriage rides/horse riding, trolley rides and much more. There are also regular festive events in the town during the high season. A highway connection can be reached in about 60 km. The nearest train station is in Fürstenberg (approx. 12 km away).
