The non-smoking holiday apartment with separate access is located on the first floor of a residential building on the owner's 1000 square meter residential property in a quiet location. The apartment is equipped with: Living room (upholstered furniture incl. sofa bed, sitting area, TV, radio/CD), bedroom (double bed), open kitchen (electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC, insect gauze, underfloor heating. At your disposal: furnished terrace, bicycle storage and parking lot. Water and energy are included in the total price. Bed linen can be brought or optionally rented. Towels must be brought along. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Groß Quassow is a small part of the municipality of Userin (3 km) between the small towns of Neustrelitz and Wesenberg (7 km each). The Useriner See, a beautiful swimming and fishing lake (approx. 3 km), is located in the Müritz National Park and is part of the popular "Upper Havel Waterway". Shopping facilities and restaurant in Userin. Very good opportunities for cycling.
