Location & neighborhood of the vacation apartment:

The vacation apartment is located on the city limits of the district town of Daun. Everything you need for a perfect stay is within walking distance: grocery stores, cozy cafés, a variety of restaurants, a cinema and charming stores are waiting to be discovered by you.

Do you like hiking? The extensive hiking trail networks can be reached on foot from the front door. Unforgettable tours to the volcanic craters of the Dauner Maare and countless other hiking trails can be reached in no time by car. The apartment is the perfect starting point for your vacation in the Vulkaneifel. The district town of Daun itself offers you numerous cultural activities on site as well as countless excursion and hiking opportunities in the region.

Arrival & connections:

The top floor apartment is located in a three-party house. Free parking spaces are available in the street. For your further mobility on site, the bus station in Daun is less than 5 minutes' walk away. Buses leave from there to the nearest larger towns such as Gerolstein or to many excursion destinations and hiking starting points in the surrounding area.

How to get there:

By car from the direction of Cologne (north): Follow the A1 to the end of the highway (near Blankenheim). From there, continue on the country road, which will take you to Daun via Hillesheim.

From Koblenz or Trier (south): Follow the A48/A1 to the Vulkaneifel highway junction. From there, take the road towards Daun. The apartment is located on the outskirts of Daun and is easily accessible by car.

By train: The nearest train stations are Gerolstein station (20 km) and Wittlich main station (34 km). From there you can take a cab or a bus to Daun ZOB. Daun ZOB is only 350m from the apartment. Other train stations nearby are Koblenz main station (75 km) and ICE station Montabaur (90 km).

For bookings made at short notice within 3 days before arrival, please transfer the full booking price directly after booking. Unfortunately, payment on arrival is not possible.

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. Within the 5 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 90% of the booking price will be charged. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the booking price must be paid.
