4.5 room flat in two-family house with garden, lawn, and cosy furnished pergola, suitable for 6 persons. Living room with dining table, seating area, cable TV, WLAN, and radio, safe. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, also a raclette oven and fondue dishes are available. Two bedrooms with a double bed each, one bedroom with a sofa bed, wall cupboards everywhere. Bath/shower/WC. A washing machine in the house can be used.
A parking space is available directly in front of the house, a charging station for electric vehicles is available for CHF 15.00 per day.
The picturesque piazza of Ascona, which lies directly on the lake shore and invites you to stroll and enjoy its many restaurants, bars and shops, can be reached on foot in approx. 15 minutes. The Mediterranean climate and the nice atmosphere are certainly conducive to relaxation and vacation enjoyment at any time of year.
