This wonderful gem, Villa Melon, is located in a small village on the Istrian peninsula, not far from Porec. The villa is a luxurious, restored stone house and has a private pool, a beautiful manicured garden and a wellness area with a sauna and a whirlpool. The villa has been restored and furnished with great attention to detail and high-quality materials. The spacious living area with balcony doors as well as the kitchen and dining area are located on the first floor. Here you will also find a spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The wellness area is also located on the first floor, but has a separate entrance. The other 4 bedrooms, all with an en-suite bathroom, are located on the second floor.
But the exterior and garden of this beautiful, charming villa is no less impressive! Sun loungers by the pool and the terrace with comfortable garden furniture invite you to relax and unwind in the surroundings of this luxurious piece of heaven.
Located in peaceful and beautiful central Istria, this gorgeous villa is set in a tranquil rural setting, making it a perfect escape from the stresses of modern city life. Villa Melon is nevertheless only a short drive away from popular historical centers of Istria. A store and restaurant are just a short walk from the villa, while the nearest beach is just a short drive away - 7 km.
Porec is a beautiful ancient town with a rich history and many cultural monuments. It is best known for the Euphrasian Basilica, which is one of the most beautiful works of art in the world. But Porec is also a modern city with many bars, restaurants, shopping facilities and of course beaches where you can enjoy various sports activities.
