On the open plan ground floor is the comfortable, colorful living room, which is connected to the ultra-modern kitchen and dining area. Equipped with high quality appliances, preparing meals in this kitchen is truly an experience. The first floor opens onto a traditional Istrian terrace overlooking the pool. The terrace also offers a Jacuzzi. The dining area and barbecue on the terrace are perfect for al fresco dining. On the first floor there are also 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. 2 further bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom with a private veranda, are located on the second floor and have wonderful views of the countryside. On the second floor there is also a furnished games room which can be used as a meeting room. Throughout the villa you can enjoy the beautiful paintings and artwork by Omer and Tarik Berber that you will find exclusively in this villa.

Although the villa is located on a 2000m2 plot, there are 5000m2 of forest and golf course next to the villa, which the villa shares with villas Design Aqua and Design Terra. For those who like to be active on vacation, there is a private fitness room. And after your workout, you can relax in the sauna, which adds to the luxury feel of the villa.

On request, the villa owners can organize additional services: Chef service, chauffeur service, golf instructor, grocery shopping, childcare, yoga instructor, massage... If you choose this villa, we can guarantee you the best vacation of your life! The location of Villa Design Sole offers a perfect blend of peace and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. However, the well-known vacation destinations on the coast are within easy reach. The nearest coastal towns are Peroj and Fazana, known for their beautiful pebble beaches. In Fa?ana you have the opportunity to take a boat trip to one of the national parks in Croatia - Brijuni. Visit central Istria and enjoy the magnificent view of the landscape. Here you can also taste the delicious Istrian cuisine: homemade Istrian prosciutto (pr?ut), Istrian pasta (fu?i) and Mediterranean homemade specialties. During your stay in Istria, visit the town of Pula with its Roman amphitheater (25 km) and the beautiful town of Rovinj (20 km). The wooded area around Villa Design Sole is private - here you can take a walk or simply relax on a bench or in a hammock.
