Welcome to the Limouxin region where Domaine de Nougayrol is located, surrounded by 36 hectares of vineyards and woods and close to two historic villages dating back over 1000 years. This is where time stands still during your stay, the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday. On site, you can enjoy sunbathing but also use the private salt water pool to cool off in the summer months in complete privacy. The gîte has a large outdoor area with a private terrace with all the garden furniture and a barbecue area for grilling and enjoying the good weather. You will also have access to the second private terrace located on the surrounding garden of the gîte with the magnificent view on the vineyards and the landscape. The Domaine de Nougayrol is also renowned for its organic vineyard with a wide range of grape varieties to discover during a wine tasting session, which the owners will be able to offer you as part of a unique experience, with an extra charge to be booked in advance. Nearby you can also visit the tourist attractions of our beautiful region: the medieval city of Carcassonne, Limoux and its blanquette, the springs of Alet-les-bains and Rennes-les-bains, the mysterious treasure of the picturesque village of Rennes-le-Château or the Abbey of Saint-Hilaire. On site, you can enjoy beautiful walks or bike rides through the beautiful countryside, a small lake is located a few steps from the gîte. The gîte has a large living room on the ground floor with a lounge equipped with sofas and a connected TV (netflix and all thematic and international channels). The living room opens onto a fully equipped independent kitchen with a dining table and also air conditioning. On the first floor, two bedrooms each with a 160cm bed and a third bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed. There is a large independent bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet. A second, independent toilet is also on the floor. Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included. WIFI connection. Private parking in front of the gîte. Baby equipment on request.
