The wonderful Villa Mariva is located in Northern Dalmatia, in the small town of Vrana, which is known for its rich past and historical heritage (Maškovića Inn, Gradina, and Sv. Nediljica). This villa will delight you at first glance with its rustic style of construction, and you will surely spend a perfect holiday in peace and quiet.

This beautifully decorated and fully air-conditioned villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people who will enjoy 140 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 800 m2. It was built in 2021 and is 7 km from the nearest sea and Pakoštane. Guests will be accommodated in 4 bedrooms, three of which have double beds, and the fourth room has 2 single beds. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers, and there is another regular bathroom with a bathtub. Of the four listed rooms, only one is located on the ground floor, while the remaining three rooms are on the upper floor.

From the top floor, Villa Mariva has a view of Lake Vrana, and the sea can be seen in the distance.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, next to it is a dining room with a dining table and a living room with a sofa, coffee table, and TV. In the living room, there is also a romantic fireplace next to which there are stairs leading to the upper floor. On the upper floor, in addition to the bedrooms already mentioned, there is also an additional room that can be used as another living room with a TV, board games, and books.

On the outdoor terrace, you can refresh yourself comfortably in the 36 m2 infinity swimming pool, which is 1.5 metres deep. Next to the pool, in the sunbathing area, there are 8 deckchairs, a table, and one hammock for relaxing. Under the covered part of the terrace, there is an outdoor dining table, a summer kitchen, and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill, and you can also use a gas grill. Certainly, on the terrace, you will be able to enjoy drinking your morning coffee on the outdoor seating (two chairs and a table).

Fun facilities that will delight children and adults include a volleyball court, a children's playroom, Nintendo Wii, swings, and badminton. In the beautifully landscaped garden, next to the villa, there is also a bocce court, which will surely be enjoyed by the older population of guests.

There is also a washing machine and an iron in the villa, and you can use a feeder and a baby cot.

Villa Mariva is completely fenced and offers 4 private parking spaces.

Don't miss visiting Lake Vrana, which is located near the villa, and which is known as the largest natural lake and one of the largest wetlands in Mediterranean Croatia. Likewise, Lake Vrana is a refuge for endangered birds, and it is two to five metres deep.

The town of Vrana is also known for the largest monument of Turkish architecture in Croatia called Maškovića Han. Namely, it was built in the 17th century, and its construction was ordered by Jusuf Mašković, who was originally from Vrana and was the admiral of the Turkish fleet. Han should have been the summer residence of Mašković himself when he returned to his hometown from Constantinople. However, due to the death of Jusuf Mašković and his tragic fate, the Han was never completed as planned and was built in a more modest form. Today, this is a heritage site and a restaurant near Zadar, funded by the EU and the Ministry of Culture.

Only 10 minutes’ drive from Pakoštane is Biograd na moru, where you can enjoy the sun on the waterfront or walk along the promenade to Soline beach.
