In the villa, a sun-soaked dining room and living room are perfect places for socializing and gathering of family and friends. 4 bedrooms have an ensuite bathrooms. Guests can use 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with separate beds. While the bedrooms are organised on both floors, the dining room, fully equipped kitchen and living room are on the ground floor. On the first floor is a spacious terrace for relaxed awakening, while you collect enough vitamin D for the rest of the year. From the living room you can easily approach a beautiful garden. There you will find a swimming pool and mini golf course, a covered table for long barbecues and the preparation of the finest specialties from the surrounding area. During the rainy days, you can have fun inside of the house with PlayStation 4, or playing billiard and table tennis, or relax outside under the covered patio.
In the very place of Vir, you will find cafes, restaurants, taverns, small shops, post office, pharmacy and church. The island Vir is connected to the mainland with a bridge. The above-mentioned royal town of Nin has one of the world's most beautiful beaches and other historical attractions, so it can be an opportunity for a day trip. Of course, you should also visit Zadar. It is a city with one of the most beautiful sunsets and an over two thousand years old peninsula, whose history you will feel on the streets and visiting museums such as the Archaeological Museum and The Gold and the Silver of Zadar. Even every small ancient balcony and relief on churches hide stories of people who used to live there. If you are a more adventurous type, you can try paintballing or visiting one of the beautiful national parks in the Zadar surroundings. Relax in this modern villa and get to know the past and present of Dalmatia.
