Villa Aurora di Sea is located on the island of Hvar, in the small town of Ivan Dolac. Only 5 metres from the sea, this villa represents everything you've always dreamed of: a peaceful and quiet holiday, a luxurious stay, spacious bedrooms and a swimming pool. Ivan Dolac is a place located 10 km from the village of Jelsa and 38 km from the town of Hvar and is connected to the rest of the island by a 1.5 km long tunnel. Treat yourself to a wonderful holiday with family or friends on the beautiful island of Hvar!

Villa Aurora di Sea was built in 2021 in a contemporary construction style, and offers guests 245 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 596 m2. As already mentioned, the villa is located only 5 metres from the Adriatic Sea, where you can dive, swim, and relax on the beach sunbathing. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation for a maximum of 7, and optimally 5 people. It consists of a ground floor and an upper floor.

On the ground floor, you will be greeted by a modern kitchen with a bar and two bar stools, a dining room with a table for 7 people, and a living room that includes a corner sofa (which serves as an extra bed for two people), a coffee table and a TV. There is also a fitness room with several basic machines, which will delight fans of an active holiday, and the sauna will allow you complete relaxation. Lovers of a delicious drop of wine will also be delighted by the wine room where you can try different varieties of wine. There is also one bathroom with a toilet on the ground floor.

On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds, two of which have access to a shared terrace. There are also two bathrooms with showers, one is an ensuite, and the other is a regular bathroom. If necessary, you can use a feeder and a cot. The villa has a view of the sea from most of its rooms, and the outdoor terrace will delight you the most.

On the outdoor terrace, there is a heated pool of 40 m2, 1.4 m deep, and there is also a separate children's pool. Next to it, there are deckchairs for sunbathing, and there is also an outdoor charcoal or wood grill, a small outdoor summer kitchen, and a covered outdoor dining table.

This is a unique facility that is ideal for families with children, it will provide you with a much-needed oasis of peace and rest in a quiet and small place. There are 4 private parking spaces in the courtyard of the villa, and the villa is completely fenced. If you arrive by your own boat, there is also a mooring for a boat (korpo molto) up to 12 metres.

Thanks to the highest number of hours of sunshine in Croatia and the steep wine-growing slopes of the southern side of the island of Hvar, grapes are obtained from this area to make wines of the highest quality. Ivan Dolac was founded in the 15th century, and traces of typical Dalmatian architecture are visible at every turn. In addition to good wines, Ivan Dolac is also proud of its clean environment, full of aromatic herbs and other Mediterranean flora.

*You can also use two electric bicycles, with a previous surcharge. With prior agreement, they can also organise a massage.

*Guests are welcomed with a welcome package with local traditional products from the island of Hvar.
