The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 1989, renovated in 2023 and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the water. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Njivice. The holiday apartement is located on a closed garden plot with flowers and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The holiday apartment is located in the second row from the beach in the attractive district of Rosulje. The center of the popular tourist resort of Njivice can be reached on foot in 3 minutes, 250 meters along the beach. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.
