You will love everything about our Ahadi Beachfront Villa. Don't take our word for it, experience it for yourself! The Ahadi Beachfront Villa (one of three villas) was built to please even the most discerning guests.

Our Ahadi Beachfront Villa is located on Mombasa's north coast in the Kikambala area and close to the town of Mtwapa, but secluded and quiet right on the white sandy beach of the Indian Ocean. Mombasa Moi International Airport is about a 45-minute drive away (32 km). You can find the exact location by directly entering the name "Ahadi Beachfront Villa" in google maps.

Our Ahadi Villa is a modern beach villa with 3 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a total of space for 6-7 people (an extra sofa in bedroom 3 for a small child). All bedrooms are en-suite and equipped with air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. The three daylight bathrooms each have a rain shower, toilet and sink/cabinet. Two master bedrooms on the upper floor open onto a private terrace with spectacular sea views. Another bedroom is on the ground floor with access from the living area. The villa is tastefully and comfortably furnished. A highlight in the open living area is the plant island to the open atrium (open to the upper terrace). Here you will also find the TV area with a modern seating area and an unobstructed view (patio sliding door) of the garden and sea. A sea breeze constantly circulates through the open atrium into the house. On particularly hot days, a fan in the kitchen/dining area also ensures a pleasant indoor climate.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. There is a large two-door refrigerator - freezer on the left, refrigerator on the right (Samsung), a 6-burner large gas stove, with an equally large oven (Bosch) with extractor hood, many useful electrical appliances, food and coffee service, many different glasses, complete table cutlery and many useful accessories.

All rooms in the villa are accessible to guests, only one built-in closet is private. For children, there are sand toys, a ball, a baby bathtub and a chamber pot, etc. Every room and terrace has a wonderful view of the Indian Ocean. There is a two-part lower terrace with direct access to the gardens, pool and beach. The sea and the pool in the guarded complex are just a few steps away. Sun loungers are available under a sunroof in the pool and garden area. Large awnings provide shade over half of both terraces. Between the villa and the beach there is a large lawn for playing or sunbathing under shady palm trees. More and more exotic plants are now growing in the garden area.

In addition to our villa, there are two identical villas and an apartment building with 6 two-bedroom apartments on the property guarded by security staff. There are surveillance cameras outside,
so that you can feel protected and secure on the property. There is a guarded parking lot in front of our villa. In addition, the entire property is walled and equipped with an alarm system/electric fence.

Tropical plants and palm trees create a beautiful ambience around the villa and in the garden and terrace area. On the lower terrace there is a large dining table with 6 chairs,
on the upper large terrace there is a swing chair, a rotating round sun bed with cushions and seating with cushions. There is also a clothes rack here for drying your laundry.

In the large, open garden and pool area there is a large lawn with plenty of space to play and romp around, as well as quiet, shady sunbathing spots with loungers under palm trees.
The pool area and private beach access are just a few steps from our villa. The long, fine, white sandy beach is ideal for long walks along the beach. At low tide you can walk to the offshore coral reef.
But be careful, you should wear swimming shoes because of the corals and sea urchins!

You are close to supermarkets in Mtwapa and Nyali. The best way to get here is by rental car, taxi or tuk-tuk. There are also local restaurants near the villa if you decide to go out to eat. For example, you can try one of the local restaurants. The Maridadi restaurant is just a short walk away. Or take a drive to the La Marina restaurant or The Moorings Floating Restaurant not far away in Mtwapa. In Mombasa Town you can enjoy great seafood at the Tamarind Restaurant or sail on the Tamarind Dhow.

Taxis and tuk-tuks are usually plentiful. Private transport can also be arranged. Enjoy the natural and peaceful surroundings and take a walk on the beach or to the reef at low tide. The reef off the coast is incredible. There is an abundance of tropical fish, octopus, lobster, turtles, etc. You can take a trip on a glass-bottom boat to watch dolphins and/or go snorkeling or deep-sea fishing. Or visit the animal park in Haller Park with your children. Try a city tour in Mombasa, a day trip or a safari trip to Tsavo East or West, the Thaita Hills or even the Masai Mara.
