Located on the heights of Aragon in Les Capitelles, La Maison des Artistes is a luxury home that will offer you relaxation and well-being throughout your stay.

 Let yourself be seduced by its jacuzzi and its two swimming pools, one of which is a large heated saltwater infinity pool (size: 4x10m) with a magnificent view over the surrounding green hills, and you'll appreciate the charm and tranquillity. Are you a tennis fan? You'll have free access to the nearby courts, with all the necessary equipment provided (rackets and balls).

There are also plenty of hiking trails around the gîte. The location is ideal, just 20 minutes from the medieval town of Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi. On site, you'll have your own private parking space, as well as a large, beautiful private wooden terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, plus a table tennis table and a lounge area around the pool to make the most of your time outdoors. There is also a swing for children. The owner can give you ideas for walks and sporting activities.

The location is ideal for peace and quiet, and you may even spot a few birds during the different seasons. You can also hire bikes in the village or meet up for tapas and a glass of wine at the Collin Bike and Tapas Bar.

The gîte has two independent entrances and comprises on the ground floor a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a sitting area with a large sofa and a TV, a second fully equipped kitchen with two ovens and two microwaves, a dining area with TV and a veranda with a sitting area for relaxing which gives access to the heated swimming pool, an independent toilet.

On the 1st floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed, a bathroom with bath and WC, a bedroom with two 90cm beds that can be converted into a 180cm bed, a separate shower room with shower, WC and washbasin and a large master suite with a 160cm bed (2x80) and an en suite shower room with shower, small bath and washbasin. Finally, there is a balcony with a relaxation area and uninterrupted views over the pool and countryside.
