In the heart of the famous Corbières wine region and 15 minutes from Narbonne la Romaine, discover the Domaine Sainte-Eugénie located just a few steps from the village of Bizanet. This old wine farm with a charming building has a large outdoor space with a swimming pool entirely private to the gite (10x5x1,40) ideal to refresh yourself or to relax on the deckchairs while enjoying the farniente and the sun of the Midi. Two private terraces with garden furniture are at your disposal, one of which has direct access to the barbecue area where you can grill during the summer. An adjoining veranda with furniture is also present in the gite to enjoy breakfasts or to appreciate moments of rest in all weathers. The location of the gite will allow you to discover several attractions of the region within half an hour: Narbonne and its heritage as well as its beautiful beaches, the Regional Natural Park with the pond of Bages, the typical villages of Gruissan or Lagrasse but also the African reserve of Sigean! On site at the domain there is plenty of parking space for cars.

The gîte is attached to the owners' house and includes on the first floor a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the large dining room with TV and fireplace (wood is provided), an independent living room with sofas and TV, a first bedroom with a bed in 160, a second bedroom with two beds in 90. An independent WC. A bathroom with shower, bathtub and a basin. A second independent WC. A third room with a bed in 140 with a privative and contiguous water room (shower, basin) adapted to the persons with reduced mobility. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the first floor, a fourth bedroom with a bed 160 and a last and fifth bedroom with two beds in 90. An independent shower room with a shower, a toilet and a basin. The floor also includes a corner relaxation with small armchairs. The gite stays cool in summer thanks to the refreshing of the floor. All services are included (sheets, towels, cleaning at the end of the stay). 10 bicycles are included in the rental. A henhouse is located in the domain and will delight young and old.
