    “Recidence Piverd Golf no 62. Sanitair is prima. Onderhoud zeer matig. Huis ziet er uit alsof het jaren onbewoond is en ruikt ook als zodanig. Muf en schimmelig. Kledingkasten idem. Schoonmakers hebben hun best gedaan maar hier tegen is niet op te poetsen. Buitenmuren waarschijnlijk recent geschilderd waardoor verblijf in tuin tussen de verfresten heeft moeten plaatsvinden.
