Holiday House in Cala D'or with Interior Patio and Wonderful Views

Spacious Ibiza-style villa for 10 people to rent on the seafront, a few meters from Cala Esmeralda beach, Cala D'Or. Enjoy an excellent location, with wonderful views. Pool and terraces with views. It has access to the sea from the rocks and it is easily reached swimming to the beach.

The villa is distributed over two floors. It is spacious and has several areas where you can enjoy the sun and relax.On the ground floor is the living room with built-in benches, great views of the sea and a table for meals, access to the terrace. Spacious kitchen. From the living room there is access to a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has access to the terrace. From the living room an Ibiza style staircase leads to the first floor where there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower-room.The house has an interior patio where there are three bedrooms. A bedroom for children, with a single bed plus a trundle bed and a compact en suite shower-room. Another with double bed and shower-room close to the bedroom. The last bedroom with a double bed has an en-suite shower-room. From this bedroom there is access to the first floor where there is a second living room.Fantastic outdoor area, with barbecue area, table to enjoy meals with sea views. Swimming pool and several areas where you can enjoy the sun and the shade. Access to the sea from the rocks.Air conditioning in the bedrooms with a fixed and limited timetable.

    “Lage wäre super! Leider war die Unterkunft kaum gereinigt und hatte einige Mängel, vor allem in den Badezimmern (Schimmel, defekte Armaturen). Das eine Schlafzimmer war ein besserer Abstellraum. Mit überschaubarem Aufwand könnte dieses Objekt super dastehen und zu schönen Ferien beitragen.”
