This lovely country house offers you a very special holiday. Away from mass tourism, in the heart of the Axarquia, a rural area in Andalucia. The house is situated in a unique spot, on a small hill, in the middle of nature, at walking distance from the picturesque village of Comares.

The house was built in Andalusian style and furnished with love and good taste by the owner. During her travels to South America she collected many typical objects that give the house a unique cosiness. There is a spacious living room with wood-burning stove, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and a single bed, the other with a double bed and 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms and a private patio in the heart of the house. From the kitchen you can access a covered terrace. Right next to it is the round pool and the outdoor shower. There is outdoor furniture so you can dine ‘al fresco’. All this with a truly breathtaking view. There are plenty of parking spaces. The whole area is fenced. (Pets can be allowed after consultation). There is air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms on a 'pay as you use' basis. Free Wifi is available in the whole house.Everything except aircon is included in ou rental prices (electricity, water, gas, WIFI, final cleaning).However if we give a special discount for monthly stays (min 28 nights), electricity and gas have still to be paid.

The breathtaking views in all directions, of the Sierra Tejeda, the Mediterranean and, on a clear day, even the coast of Morocco, invite you to relax and unwind, away from the stress of everyday life. The large garden offers a lot of privacy. A beautiful circular swimming pool (3m), as well as many terraces around the house, allow you to relax and enjoy nature and tranquillity. You can also dream away in the hammock on the hill, under the big old holm oak. When you walk through the gate of Villa Cuatro Vientos onto the road, you find yourself in a charming, natural area. Several signposted hiking trails start here. They lead through olive and almond groves, past natural springs and everywhere you can enjoy the incredible views.

This is a house for people who want to spend a holiday away from the busy hotspots of the Costa del Sol, and discover the heart of Andalucia. Relaxing is easy here and the beauty of Andalucia is overwhelming.

The village of Comares has been voted 'Pueblo Magico d'España'. From your first visit, you will understand why. The ceramic footprints lead you through the narrow streets and let you share in the Moorish history of this unique village.In the typical restaurants and bars you will fall in love with the delicious typical dishes and maybe even meet the inhabitants, who are generally very friendly and helpful. Apart from the typical houses, the village also offers a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bakery (bread baked in wood ovens), an ATM, several bars and restaurants, and a free padel court. You will also find the largest Tirolina in Spain and three via ferratas.The nearest beach is Torre del Mar, just 30 km from the house. The shopping centre of Velez-Malaga, with many shops and supermarkets, is 25 km from Villa Cuatro Vientos. All 'highlights' of Andalucia, like Málaga, Cordoba (Mezquita), Ronda, Granada (Alhambra) and the Caminito del Rey in Ardales are only a daytrip away from the house. In the surroundings you can visit the mountain massif El Torcal, Nerja, (known for its Balcon d' Europa and the impressive caves) and the beautiful reservoir of Viñuela.
