You can visit the Cité de Carcassonne, the Abbey of Caunes, the giant chasm of Cabrespine, the Cavayere lake with its equipped beach, the Canal du Midi ideal for bike rides, the Australian park that delights both young and old, and the Minervois vineyard. For gastronomy enthusiasts, there's the Truffle House in Villeneuve-Minervois and the windmill where you can make your own flour. Hikers can enjoy the Black Mountain by passing through Citou, the capital of sweet onions, with plenty of walks to choose from. Explore the Cathar castles such as Queribus, Puylaurens, and Lastours. A few kilometers away, in one of the most beautiful villages in France, discover the Abbey of Lagrasse. Within 40 minutes, you can enjoy the sea.

The cottage invites you into a former mansion, an independent apartment of 65m² with its adjoining terrace of 15m². Modern and spacious, it offers beautiful volumes. The bright living room opens onto the terrace where you can enjoy the good weather, with a plancha at your disposal. The equipped kitchen has induction hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils for cooking. The spacious relaxation area is equipped with a sofa and a flat-screen TV. A single bedroom with a 140x190 bed, bedside table, lamp, and storage space for your clothes. Spacious bathroom with skylight, enclosed shower, vanity unit, towel radiator, and a toilet (hairdryer provided), and the cottage has another independent toilet. Free Wi-Fi is available. The SPA is available from March to the end of October, depending on weather conditions. A washing machine (shared with 2 cottages) is available in the owner's garage.
