You'll have access to a private parking space and a beautiful covered terrace, equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the gentle summer evenings.

The owner will be delighted to advise you on places to visit and activities to discover in the region. The place is a true haven of peace where you can observe the local wildlife, including various bird species throughout the seasons. Tennis enthusiasts will be delighted with free access to nearby courts, while hiking enthusiasts can explore the many surrounding trails.

For an even more immersive experience, the owners provide bicycles, and you can venture into the nearby village to enjoy tapas accompanied by a glass of wine at the Collin Bike and Tapas Bar.

The cottage, attached to the owners' house, shares a large communal garden of 5000m². A swimming pool is available on site, shared with the hosts, as well as a barbecue.

Inside, the cottage offers a living-dining room with television, opening onto a covered terrace of 10m². A comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with washing machine, and separate toilets complete the layout.
