The Space:
This inviting, two-story villa offers:

• Three bedrooms: A luxurious master suite with a 1.50 x 1.90 m bed, en-suite bathroom, panoramic views, and air conditioning. A second bedroom with two 0.90 x 1.90 m beds, air conditioning, and a private sun terrace. A third, children's bedroom with two 0.80 x 1.80 m beds and air conditioning.
• Two bathrooms: A modern en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom and a shared bathroom with a shower for the other two bedrooms.
• Open-plan living/dining room: Enjoy the bright and spacious atmosphere, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. A fully equipped kitchen and guest toilet are also on this level.
• Private pool and outdoor haven: Refresh yourself in the inviting 6.4 x 4 meter saltwater pool with Roman steps and a bench. Lounge on comfortable sunbeds under umbrellas on the spacious sun terrace, and rinse off in the outdoor solar-powered shower.
• Alfresco dining: Savor meals on the covered terrace with a dining table and a brick barbecue.
