Der große Gemeinschaftsgarten bietet Liegen, Grillplatz und für die Kleinen einen Spielplatz. Hier können Sie die schöne Aussicht genießen. Im UG Haus 30 gibt es einen Tischtennisraum, kleinen Fitnessraum, Skikeller, Waschmaschine und Trockner( geringe Gebühr).
