Welcome to the Tschitschmann holiday apartment in Naumburg,a holiday between Saale and Unstrut in the middle of the northernmost quality wine-growing region in Germany. You will find our apertment in the northern part of the city,in a quiet and scenic location,in about 15 minutes you can walk to the city center or the flower bed,where Saale and Unstrut meet. From there you can get to know the scenic Saale-Unstrut region by bike, boat or even in hiking boots.

Our apartment is 33m² tall,has a kitchen,bedroom,living room and a small bathroom. thje entrrance is separate. The rooms are comfortably furnished. The apartment is fully equipped with TV, radio-CD system, sufficient dishes, bed linen and towels.In the kitchen there is a dishwasher,a ceramic hob,microwave,coffee machine, toaster and kettle and plenty of cooking and eating utensils.In addition to shower and towels, the bathroom also has a travel hair dryer ready for you.The single beds in the bedroom can of course be put together. Comprehensive infomation about the area, sightseeing parties and events are available in the apartment. The well-kept outdoor seating area invites you to linger. Bicycles that you bring can be stored rainproof.

Exclusive visitor’s tax
In Naumburg (Saale), a visitor’s tax will be levied from 01.01.2023. This is not included in the tour price. Persons over the age of 16 are liable to pay the visitor’s tax. The visitor’s tax is payable all year round from 01.01. to 31.12. per person and overnight stay in the amount of 2.40 €.
Exempt are:
Children and adolescents up to the age of 16; persons staying in the survey area for the purpose of exercising their profession, training or performing their federal voluntary service as well as participants in professional conferences, professional courses and professional further training; severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of at least 50 on presentation of an official identity card as well as their accompanying persons, if required according to the identity card (B); participants of school trips, training camps and rehearsal camps in children's and youth accommodation facilities as well as their supervisors; trainers and supervisors of children's and youth groups.

The tenant is obliged to pay part of the agreed price as compensation for the cancellation conditions when canceling the rental contract. Cancellation must be made in writing. The amount of the compensation depends on the time until the day of arrival.

Up to 30 days before the arrival day 30% of the agreed price up to 10 days before the arrival day 50% of the agreed price by the day of arrival 80% of the agreed price.

The keys are handed over personally on site. Arrival is bet ween 3 p.m. and 8p.m. Please check out by 10:30 a.m. on the departure are possible. 

Pets are not allowed.

A baby cot can be provided free of charge on request.
