Beste Lage, sehr ruhig und direkt am Deich gelegen. Strand und Hafen in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.



Ankommen,
wohlfühlen, die Natur und Ruhe genießen. Sonne, Wasser und Wind und wechselnde
Wolkenbildung. An der Elbe Schiffe gucken und einfach die Seele baumeln lassen.

Appartement bis zu 5 Personen, 70 qm über zwei Etagen mit eigener Sauna.

Separater Eingang mit Terrasse. Im Erdgeschoß für zwei Personen ist Barrierefrei (komplett ebenerdig). Sehr ruhige Lage und direkt am Deich gelegen. Zum Strand und Hafen sind es 

5 Gehminuten.

Schlafzimmer Erdgeschoß: Zwei 90-er Betten mit sehr guten Matratzen und verstellbarem Lattenrost

Bad: Sehr große Dusche mit „Rainbow-Brause“.  

Wohnbereich mit perfekt eingerichteter Küche: Induktionsherd, Dampfgarer, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Toaster, Töpfe und Pfanne, Geschirr, diverse Gewürze.  

Zwei kleine Sofas, Smart-TV, Stehlampe, etc. 

OG: Große Sauna für sechs Personen und Aufguß (extra Berechnung), 3 weitere Betten.
