The house is located on a 20.000 m² plot in about 7 km distance to the heath blooming season-town/Heideblütenstadt Schneverdingen. It is about 60 km to Hamburg, about 80 km to Bremen and about 100 km to Hannover. The landlords and their big dog live about 80 m away from the holiday home. If desired, two separate accesses to the property can be used. A fence surrounds the entire property. Parking for cars on the property. Parking for bicycles is available. The covered terrace is equipped with garden furniture. Two garden loungers and a BBQ-grill are available.

The living room is furnished with the usual facilities such as table, chairs, reading chair and sofa (sofa bed). The light from the various light sources creates a cozy atmosphere. Of course, TV and DVD player are available. An open fireplace, which can be closed by a sliding glass door provides, in addition to a gas heating system, extra warmth on colder autumn days or freezing winter days (firewood is available). The bedroom is equipped with a 2 x 2 m boxspring bed (open foot end). Bed linen is provided on request. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a stove, a separate oven, a Saeco coffee machine and an electric milk frother. The bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower cubicle (shower stool if required), underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth when it gets colder. There is a hand basin and a toilet. Towels, bathrobes, hair dryer and small care utensils are provided.
