In just a 15-minute walk, you can reach the center of Bad Neuenahr, where you can discover a variety of shops, cafés, and restaurants. The charming old town of Ahrweiler is only a 25-minute walk away and delights with its historic half-timbered houses and unique charm.

For your daily needs, a bakery and supermarkets are available just 10 minutes away, so you can conveniently pick up fresh rolls or local products. Particularly interesting for families is the large children's playground located just 800 meters from the guesthouse. Here, little ones can play to their heart's content and let off steam while adults relax.

Welcome to the cozy Holiday Apartment Kiep, located on the first floor and offering 75 m² of living space, providing ample room for up to 4 people. Here, you can fully enjoy and relax during your vacation.

The apartment is designed in pleasing shades of wine red and beige, creating a cozy and warm atmosphere. You will find two spacious bedrooms: The first bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds (100 x 200 cm). Large wardrobes in both bedrooms provide enough storage space.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and features a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a microwave. Here you can prepare your culinary creations according to your wishes.

A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet offers additional comfort, and another separate toilet is also available. In the living room, you will find a flat-screen television that provides entertainment during your stay.

The Holiday Apartment Kiep also offers a cozy balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air and view of greenery with a good glass of Ahr wine.

Other check-in and check-out times are possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us in good time for an appointment.
The handover of the keys will take place personally on-site.
A baby crib/children's chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed.
The visitor's tax of (currently) €2 per person/night will be billed additionally by transfer.
