Our house built in 2013 is located in a quiet and sunny spot in the hamlet of Lehner-Au near Längenfeld - offering direct view of the waterfall in Lehn (Lehner Wasserfall). Christine, the owner, gives you a heartfelt welcome. In summer, you can enjoy climbing, cycling and hiking trails in the Ötztal mountains. In winter, the free skibus shuttles - bus stop at only 2 walking minutes - takes you to the top ski areas of Sölden, Gurgl and the family ski area Hochoetz.

 

Apartment Christine (approx. 80 m²): 1 double room with a couch for 2 person and a couch for 1 person, 1 double room with a couch for one person, 1 bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer and toiletry articles. Ground floor: 1 bathroom with shower/WC, spacious kitchen-cum-living room with a comfortable seating-area, (oven, electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker for pure coffee pure coffee for the whole stay for free, refrigerator/freezer. Ample garden and terrace with barbecue site.
