Public parking is available for guests. The ground floor apartment can accommodate 4 to 6 people and consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen with fridge, gas hob, oven, German coffee maker and toaster, as well as a sofa bed that can accommodate one adult or two children. The living room opens onto a beautiful private garden and a large private terrace equipped with an awning, table and chairs. Bathroom with washing machine and shower, master bedroom and bedroom with bunk beds. Shared garage with the apartment on the first floor for parking bicycles. Air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi available for guests. Pets are allowed upon request. Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
