Linger on the beautiful terrace, enjoy the sun or savour your meals in the open air. There are fruit trees on the property whose fruit you can pick up, as well as sheep and chickens. You have an outdoor wood-burning fireplace and a gas barbecue at your disposal.

The LAGORAI mountains offer numerous opportunities for hikes of all levels of difficulty. You will be immersed in landscapes that are never crowded, so you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains.

There is also plenty to discover in the surrounding area: the Levico and Caldonazzo lakes, Arte Sella, Alpine lakes (this is the wildest and most natural area of the Dolomites) and the Levico thermal baths. The area also offers 400 km of MTB trails and the Valsugana cycle path, 80 km long, just a few kilometres from the house.
You can also visit the art cities of Trento and Feltre, Bassano del Grappa and Venice.
